"People Before Politics." -- "Your Rights Make A Difference."

"Of the People ... By the People ... For the People."

I Care About This & Our Community ... Very Much.

These are much more than just mere words. They have an unequivocal lasting resonance in meaning & importance. From the biggest of cities to the smaller towns & villages across America, the constitutional & human rights of individuals, person by person, should never be forsaken, compromised, devalued or violated.

I wish to share with you, one of my most sensible beliefs & viewpoints ... We as a people have a great many overall, unresolved & conflicting issues, which obstructs the progressive course & direction for human society to evolve with fairness to all & the better lives we aspire to, the common goals we share & want for ourselves, our families & loved ones.

These issues have far greater importance than any one particular 'politician' or public official in the hiearchy of American Democracy. The simple reason for this ... is that when you look at the long list of serious encompassing issues such as crime, taxes, education, equal civil rights, constitutional rights, liberty, freedom, people's safety, being treated with fairness & every other unmentioned issue in between ... all of these issues are much larger than any one person, including politicians, legislative lawmakers & public officials.

It is by the power of your conscience, better judgment & vote of confidence within this Process of Democracy, that we are enabled to choose candidates for public office, who will make an unwavering, continuous commitment of effort to balance these issues with better judgment & find real working solutions to improve the lives of our fellow American Citizens & their families. The great, ultimate & historical sacrifices of past generations of Americans all serve to prove the importance of why legal concepts such as Accountability & Justice ... remain so essential & vital in the promise of a better future.

" There is no political reason or legitimate excuse, especially by the act or means of *Political Malpractice*, to compromise the safety, quality of life or general well-being of this or any community; or any of its citizens, individuals or persons who reside or work within these communities ... regardless of reason, established by result of flawed, inadequate legislation or unfair administrative policies. When this occurs, the extent or patterns of Political Malpractice, clearly jeopardize & unequivocally breach & compromise the Public Trust."

Period.

"There exists no constitutional standard of law, which exempts
any person from the total measure of Accountability or Justice."

The challenging part about this, is ensuring & maintaining this principle when you consider issues of Negligence & Wrongdoing. No matter what life situations we are faced with or what issues are eventually discussed, this principle applies across the board. If we fail to uphold these legal principles which are meant to protect our rights, all that remains are the consequences & statistics. How does all this apply to Our Community? I believe the extent of unresolved issues & need for improvements answer that question.
